Tropical Maria Avocado dice 100g
Chicken thigh 1 Piece
Onion 1/6
Boiled egg 1
A Mayonnaise Tbsp 2
A Milk Tsp 1
A Salt Tsp 1/2
A Black pepper Appropriate amount
Salt and Pepper Appropriate amount
Oil Tbsp 1/2

How to make

  • Thaw the frozen avocado. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Finely chop onions and boiled eggs, and mix with avocado dice and ingredients A.
  • In a frying pan, heat oil and cook the chicken thighs until both sides are nicely browned.
  • Place the chicken on a plate and top with the avocado tartar sauce prepared in Step 2.
