This is a simple avocado gratin made using two types of avocados from Tropical Maria. The recipe is easy and involves just mixing the ingredients. (Ingredients for two people)

Ingredients

Tropical Maria Avocado dip 100g
Tropical Maria Avocado dice 100g
Ham 2 Slices
Chinese Yam 3cm
Cheese Appropriate amount
Parsley Appropriate amount

How to make

  • Thaw the frozen avocado. Cut ham into 1 cm cubes. Peel and cut the yam into 1 cm cubes.
  • Mix avocado dip, avocado, ham, and yam in a heat-resistant container. Top with melting cheese.
  • Toast in a toaster oven until the cheese is browned and bubbly. Finish by sprinkling chopped parsley on top.
