Easily make delicious garlic shrimp. With the addition of lemon, it’s refreshing and tasty. (Ingredients for 4 servings)

Veggie Maria Frozen Peeled Shrimp | 150g |
Tropical Maria Avocado Chunk | 130g |
Tropical Maria Cut lemon | 7 pieces |
Cornstarch | 1 tablespoon |
Olive oil | 1 tablespoon |
Butter (salted) | 30g |
Minced garlic | 1 tablespoon |
Salt, pepper | a little bit |
How to make
- Thaw all the frozen ingredients. Pat the peeled shrimps dry with a paper towel and coat them with potato starch.
- Sauté the peeled shrimps in olive oil until lightly cooked.
- Melt butter in a frying pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the peeled shrimps.
- Add the thawed avocados to (3) and mix lightly, then squeeze over 4 cut lemon wedges. If desired, squeeze the remaining lemon wedges over the avocado before serving.
