Various Tropical Maria frozen fruits (mangoes, strawberries, etc.) | |
Agar | 10g |
Sugar | 70g |
Water | 300ml |
How to make
- Mix sugar and agar, dissolve in water, and heat.
- When 1 becomes clear, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Place the frozen fruit in a container, pour 2 over the fruit and refrigerate.
