マンゴーカレー

It’s a refreshing curry with a perfect blend of spicy flavors and the fruity sweetness of mango. The sweetness of the mango helps to mellow the spiciness, making it enjoyable even for young children. (Ingredients for two people)

Ingredients

Tropical Maria Mango chunk 100g
Beef sliced 100g
Onion 1/2
Tomato puree 50g
Curry roux 70g
Water 200cc

How to make

  • Slice the onion and microwave the frozen mango.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion on low heat until it becomes soft and golden brown.
  • Add beef to the pan and cook until it changes color, then add water and tomato puree and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat temporarily, add curry roux, and let it dissolve.
  • Reheat, add the mango, and warm it up. Turn off the heat and serve with rice on a plate.
