How to make
- Season the pork with salt and pepper and finely chop the onion.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the frozen mangoes and (A), and simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat.
- In another frying pan, heat oil and fry the pork on both sides until browned.
- Place the pork from Step 3 on a plate and pour the sauce from Step 2 over it.
