
Asparagus fries coated in breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, served with a refreshing passion fruit sauce. (Recipe makes 10 fries)

| Tropical Maria Frozen Sweetened Passion Fruit Puree | 1 bag (90 g) |
| Bread crumbs | 30g |
| Parmesan cheese | 20g |
| Black pepper | 4g |
| Egg | 1 |
| Wheat flour | 30g |
| Cooking oil | To taste |
How to make
- Place breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper in a plastic bag and shake to combine.
- Pat the thawed green asparagus dry. Dredge in the beaten egg and flour and add to Step 1. Defrost the passion fruit puree.
- Deep fry until crispy and enjoy with passion fruit puree.
