アスパラガスのチヂミ

Use chijimi flour to make a refreshing and delicious chijimi with asparagus and shrimp. Feel free to add any other ingredients you like to suit your own tastes.(Ingredients for 4 servings)

Ingredients

Veggie Maria RTE Cut Asparagus 50g
Frozen Peeled Shrimps 4
Pancake mix 100g
Water 150cc
Fine strips of leek 20g
Dried red chili peppers A pinch
Sesame oil, salad oil 1 tablespoon of each

How to make

  • Dissolve the pancake mix in water and mix in the ingredients.
  • Heat sesame oil and salad oil in a frying pan, then pour in Step 1.
  • Fry on low heat until both sides are well-cooked. (The surface should be crispy)
  • Garnish with shredded red pepper and serve.
    *Mix ponzu with gochujang for a tasty dipping sauce.
