
This lightly sweet, ethnic stir-fry features sautéed asparagus and shrimp in coconut milk. The bright green asparagus and rich red shrimp create a visually appealing dish.(ingredients for 2 servings)

| Frozen shrimps | 6 |
| Coconut milk | 100ml |
| Ginger (minced) | 1/2 clove |
| Garlic (minced) | 1/2 clove |
| Salt | 1/3 teaspoon |
| Salad oil | 1 tablespoon |
| Pepper | To taste |
How to make
- Cut the frozen green asparagus into thirds. Thaw the frozen shrimp under running water.
- Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the garlic and ginger, and once aromatic, fry the shrimp.
- Once the color changes, add green asparagus to Step 2 and continue stir-frying.
- Add the coconut milk and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and then remove from the heat.
