Bread (cut to open) 1/2
Veggie Maria Green Asparagus 5〜6
Sausage 2
Cream cheese 90g
Salt・Black pepper Appropriate amount
(Blueberry jam) (Tbsp 4)
Tropical Maria Blueberry 60g
Sugar 20g
Lemon juice Tsp 1

How to make

  • Microwave the frozen green asparagus and boil the sausages.
  • Slice the French bread in half and toast the outer sides in a frying pan until they turn golden brown.
  • Spread blueberry jam on the inside of the French bread, then spread cream cheese on top.
  • On one side of the bread, arrange sausages and green asparagus, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and then sandwich with the other half of the bread.
  • (For the Blueberry Jam)
    Place all the ingredients in a microwave-safe dish, and heat in the microwave at 600 watts for 3 minutes without covering. Once done, remove, discard half of the liquid, and then heat again at 600 watts for 3 minutes adn stir.
