This is a Valentine’s dessert for adults that uses store-bought gâteau au chocolat and combines strawberries and espresso coffee to create a less sweet flavor. (Ingredients for 2 servings)
Ingredients
Tropical Maria Strawberries | 35g |
Gateau chocolat | 2 pieces |
Whipped cream | 5g |
Coffee (strong, instant is also acceptable) | 15cc |
How to make
- Partially thaw the frozen strawberries, reserve 2, and dice them.
- Cut the chocolate cake into quarters and place in glasses. Gently pour coffee around it.
- Top with whipped cream and strawberries.
*You can use mascarpone instead of whipped cream.
