A gorgeous dish of beef steak served with a sauce made with sweet and sour Tropical Maria dark cherries. The sauce may look difficult to make at first glance, but it is actually easy to make, as you just need to put the ingredients in a pot and simmer. Can be served with pork as well as beef. (ingredients for 2 servings)

How to make
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the frozen dark cherries and A. When the water in the sauce has reduced by roughly half and the sauce has thickened, turn off the heat.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper. Heat butter in a frying pan. When the butter has melted, add the beef and brown on both sides.
- Place 2 on a plate and drizzle with 1. Granish with baby leaves and mini tomatoes.
