揚げなすのスイートチリ炒め

Fried eggplant with sweet chili sauce makes for an easy and flavorful ethnic stir-fry! Perfect for snacks or a girls’ night in.(Ingredients for four people)

Ingredients

Veggie Maria Fried Eggplant (RTE) 250g
Chicken meat (thigh meat) 100g
Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
White sesame seeds 3g
Sweet chili sauce 3 tablespoons
Cilantro To taste

How to make

  • Thaw the fried eggplant.
  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and chop the cilantro.
  • Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, and start frying the chicken from Step 2. When the chicken begins to cook through, add the eggplant from Step 1 and sesame seeds.
  • Once everything in Step 3 is cooked, add the sweet chili sauce and continue to heat while mixing. Serve on a plate topped with cilantro.
    *Work quickly in Step 4 to avoid burning the sweet chilli sauce. (Just mix everything together.)
    *RTE products can be consumed directly after thawing.
