
Eggplant and pork are a perfect match! This hearty dish is also easy to make.
Ingredients
| Veggie Maria Fried Eggplant | 8 | 
| Pork belly (thinly sliced) | 8 slices | 
| Grated daikon radish | To taste | 
How to make
- Wrap the partially thawed fried eggplant with the pork belly, about two wraps for each eggplant.
-  Cook the wrapped eggplants from Step 1 in a frying pan over low heat. The meat will release its own fat, so no additional oil is needed.
