Eggplant and pork are a perfect match! This hearty dish is also easy to make.

Ingredients

Veggie Maria Fried Eggplant 8
Pork belly (thinly sliced) 8 slices
Grated daikon radish To taste

How to make

  • Wrap the partially thawed fried eggplant with the pork belly, about two wraps for each eggplant.
  • Cook the wrapped eggplants from Step 1 in a frying pan over low heat. The meat will release its own fat, so no additional oil is needed.
    *Serve topped with grated daikon radish and enjoy with ponzu or soy sauce for a refreshing taste.
