How to make
- Thaw the frozen fried eggplant in the microwave. Finely chop onions and garlic.
- Place Ingredients A in a heat-resistant container and mix. Microwave for 5 minutes without a cover. Remove, mix again, and microwave for another 5 minutes.
- Place the ingredients from step 1 in a gratin dish, cover with the mixture from step 2, and top with melting cheese. Grill in a toaster until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Finish by sprinkling chopped parsley on top.
