A simple dessert made from caramelized sweet and sour pineapples. You can enjoy it as is, or as a topping for ice cream, pancakes, etc. (ingredients for 2 servings)
Ingredients
Frozen pineapples | 50g |
Sugar | 1 tbsp |
Water | 1 tsp |
Waffles | As needed |
Coconut flakes | As needed |
How to make
- Allow the frozen pineapples to thaw naturally.
- Place sugar and water in a frying pan over high heat. When the sugar dissolves and begins to turn a caramel color, add the pineapples and saute.
- Serve with ice cream or pancakes and sprinkle with coconut flakes or powdered sugar as desired.
