Tropical Maria Pineapple Chunks | 200g |
Ginger | One clove |
Sugar | 50g |
Mint leaves | To taste |
How to make
- Thinly slice the ginger.
- In a small pot, combine the pineapple, sugar, and ginger, and let sit for about 30 minutes.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. When it starts to bubble, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with yogurt or dilute with soda for a drink. You can also add vinegar to make a drink or enjoy it as a sour.
