Lemon syrup made from lemons and rock sugar, combined with rosemary for an even more refreshing taste. It can be easily made by putting frozen cut Tropical Maria lemons and rock sugar into a storage container. The resulting syrup is perfect for mixing with summer drinks such as carbonated drinks and iced teas.

Ingredients

Frozen cut lemons 400g
Rock sugar 300g
Rosemary 2 sprigs

How to make

  • Alternate cut lemons and rock sugar in a storage container, add rosemary, and cover.
  • Allow to stand for about a week, shaking the container occasionally to mix. When all the rock sugar has dissolved, mix with carbonated water or drinks and serve.
