It can be easily made by putting frozen cut Tropical Maria lemons and rock sugar into a storage container. The resulting syrup is perfect for mixing with summer drinks such as carbonated drinks and iced teas.

| Frozen cut lemons | 400g |
| Rock sugar | 300g |
| Rosemary | 2 sprigs |
How to make
- Alternate cut lemons and rock sugar in a storage container, add rosemary, and cover.
- Allow to stand for about a week, shaking the container occasionally to mix. When all the rock sugar has dissolved, mix with carbonated water or drinks and serve.
