Rice | 2 cups |
Half-cut bacon | 4 slices |
A: Butter | 1 tablespoon |
A: Stock | 1 cube |
A: Soy sauce | 1 tablespoon |
A: Mirin | 1/2 tablespoon |
Chopped parsley | To taste |
How to make
- Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide strips.
- Put the rice in a rice cooker, add ingredients (A) and the appropriate amount of water, then top with frozen Andean potatoes and bacon and cook.
- Once cooked, roughly mix and serve in bowls, sprinkling chopped parsley on top.
