How to make
- Microwave the frozen Andean potatoes, then wrap them with the thinly sliced pork.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon-wrapped Andean potatoes.
- Add sake and mirin to Step 2 and stir-fry. Once the liquid has evaporated, add soy sauce and curry powder, stir well, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds at the end.
