How to make
- Microwave the frozen potatoes for 6-7 minutes until soft, then mash them. Cut the bacon into 1 cm strips.
- Add the bacon and melted cheese to the mashed potatoes. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Divide step 2 into ten portions, fill the gyoza wrappers and fold.
- Add a generous amount of oil to the frying pan, and fry Step 3 until it turns golden brown.
